توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق أثر وموقع atharapp.org مع المعلومات. لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يتضمن أدوات تحليلات أو تتبع إعلاني في الإصدار الحالي.

This policy explains how the Athar app and atharapp.org handle information. The current release requires no account, shows no ads, and includes no advertising or analytics tracking tools.

2. ما الذي نحفظه على جهازك2. Information stored on your device

قد يحفظ التطبيق محليًا تفضيلاتك، مثل المدينة أو طريقة حساب الصلاة، التعديلات اليدوية، حالة تذكير الجمعة، تقدم الأذكار، واختيار القارئ. لا تُرسل هذه الإعدادات إلى خادم تابع لنا.

The app may store preferences locally, including city, prayer calculation method, manual adjustments, Friday reminder status, adhkar progress and reciter choice. These settings are not sent to a server operated by us.

3. الموقع ومواقيت الصلاة3. Location and prayer times

إذا اخترت استخدام الموقع التلقائي، يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع أثناء الاستخدام لحساب المواقيت وتحديد المنطقة الزمنية. تتم الحسابات الأساسية محليًا على الجهاز. لا نحتفظ بسجل لموقعك ولا نبيعه أو نستخدمه للإعلانات. يمكنك رفض الإذن واختيار مدينة يدويًا.

If you choose automatic location, the app requests foreground location permission to calculate prayer times and identify the time zone. Core calculations occur locally. We do not retain, sell or use a location history for advertising. You can deny permission and select a city manually.

4. خدمات القرآن والصوت الخارجية4. External Quran and audio services

عند فتح سورة أو تشغيل تلاوة، قد يتصل التطبيق بمزوّدين عامّين مثل AlQuran Cloud وQuran.com وjsDelivr وIslamic Network. وكما في أي طلب عبر الإنترنت، قد تستقبل هذه الجهات بيانات تقنية قياسية مثل عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، وقت الطلب والمورد المطلوب، وفق سياساتها الخاصة. لا نرسل إليها اسمًا أو بريدًا أو حساب مستخدم.

When opening a surah or playing recitation, the app may connect to public providers such as AlQuran Cloud, Quran.com, jsDelivr and Islamic Network. As with any internet request, they may receive standard technical data such as IP address, device information, request time and requested resource under their own policies. We do not send a name, email or user account.

الروابط الخيريةCharity links

تفتح الروابط الخيرية في متصفح خارجي. لا يعالج أثر التبرعات ولا يستقبل أرقام بطاقات أو بيانات دفع. تصبح معاملتك خاضعة لسياسة الجهة الخارجية.

Charity links open in an external browser. Athar does not process donations or receive card or payment details. Your interaction is governed by the external organization’s policy.

5. الإشعارات5. Notifications

تذكير سورة الكهف إشعار محلي يُجدول على جهازك. يمكنك إيقافه من داخل التطبيق أو إعدادات نظام التشغيل.

The Surah Al-Kahf reminder is scheduled locally on your device. It can be disabled in the app or operating-system settings.

6. الأطفال6. Children

أثر تطبيق عام وليس مصممًا لجمع بيانات الأطفال. لا نجمع عمدًا معلومات شخصية من طفل. ينبغي للوالدين أو الأوصياء الإشراف على استخدام الأطفال للروابط الخارجية.

Athar is a general-audience app and is not designed to collect children’s data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of external links.

7. الحذف والتحكم7. Deletion and control

يمكنك حذف البيانات المحلية بإعادة ضبط الإعدادات، مسح بيانات التطبيق من النظام، أو إزالة التطبيق. يمكنك سحب أذونات الموقع والإشعارات في أي وقت.

You can delete local data by resetting settings, clearing app data in the operating system, or uninstalling the app. Location and notification permissions can be withdrawn at any time.

8. الأمن والتغييرات8. Security and changes

نستخدم ممارسات معقولة لتقليل جمع البيانات وحماية المشروع، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين مضمونة بالكامل. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير وظائف التطبيق، وسيظهر تاريخ النفاذ الجديد هنا.

We use reasonable practices to minimize data collection and protect the project, but no transmission or storage method is completely guaranteed. We may update this policy when the app changes, and the revised effective date will appear here.
