2. طبيعة الخدمة2. Nature of the service
أثر أداة رقمية مجانية للمساعدة في قراءة القرآن والذكر والتسبيح ومتابعة مواقيت الصلاة. لا يقدم استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية، ولا يمثل جهة دينية أو حكومية رسمية.
Athar is a free digital utility for Quran reading, remembrance, tasbih and prayer times. It does not provide legal, medical or financial advice and does not represent an official religious or government authority.
3. المحتوى الديني3. Religious content
نبذل عناية معقولة في عرض النصوص، لكن ينبغي الرجوع إلى مصحف موثوق وعالم مؤهل عند وجود سؤال شرعي أو اختلاف في النص أو التفسير أو الحكم. يرجى إبلاغنا بأي خطأ محتمل.
We take reasonable care in presenting content, but users should consult a trusted Mushaf and a qualified scholar for questions about text, interpretation or religious rulings. Please report any suspected error.
4. مواقيت الصلاة4. Prayer times
المواقيت ناتجة عن حسابات فلكية وقد تختلف حسب طريقة الحساب، الارتفاع، ظروف المكان، التقويم الرسمي أو قرار الجهة الدينية. لا تعتمد عليها وحدها عندما تكون الدقة الرسمية مطلوبة؛ قارنها بتقويم المسجد أو الجهة المختصة.
Prayer times are astronomical calculations and may vary by method, elevation, local conditions, official calendar or religious authority. Do not rely on them alone when official precision is required; compare them with your mosque or relevant authority.
5. المحتوى والخدمات الخارجية5. External content and services
قد يعتمد التطبيق على مزودي نصوص وصوت وشبكات توزيع محتوى، وقد يفتح مواقع خيرية خارجية. لا نتحكم في توفرها أو دقتها أو سياساتها، ولا نضمن أي معاملة أو تبرع يتم خارج أثر.
The app may rely on Quran text, audio and content-delivery providers and may open external charity sites. We do not control their availability, accuracy or policies and do not guarantee any transaction or donation made outside Athar.
6. الاستخدام المقبول6. Acceptable use
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة، محاولة تعطيلها، استخراج مفاتيح أو موارد محمية، انتحال هوية المشروع، أو استخدام الاسم والعلامات بما يوحي بموافقة غير موجودة.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, extract protected keys or resources, impersonate the project, or use its name or marks in a way that suggests nonexistent endorsement.
7. الملكية والحقوق7. Intellectual property
تصميم أثر وشعاره وكوده الخاص ومواد الموقع مملوكة لأصحاب المشروع، باستثناء المحتوى ومكونات الطرف الثالث الخاضعة لحقوق وشروط أصحابها. لا يدّعي أثر ملكية النص القرآني.
Athar’s design, logo, proprietary code and website materials belong to the project owners, excluding third-party content and components governed by their respective rights and terms. Athar does not claim ownership of the Quranic text.
8. إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤولية8. Disclaimer and limitation
تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» دون ضمان مطلق بخلوها من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يكون أصحاب أثر مسؤولين عن خسائر غير مباشرة ناتجة عن الاعتماد على المحتوى أو الخدمات الخارجية.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without an absolute guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athar’s owners are not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on content or external services.
9. التغييرات والتواصل9. Changes and contact
