عند الإبلاغ عن نص، اذكر السورة والآية أو اسم الذكر وأرفق صورة إن أمكن.
For content reports, include surah and ayah or dhikr name, with a screenshot when possible.

الصوت لا يعملAudio does not play
- تحقق من الإنترنت ومستوى صوت الوسائط، ثم أغلق التطبيق وافتحه من جديد.
- Check internet access and media volume, then close and reopen the app.
- جرّب قارئًا آخر؛ فقد يكون مزود الصوت غير متاح مؤقتًا.
- Try another reciter; the audio provider may be temporarily unavailable.
المواقيت غير مطابقةPrayer times differ
- راجع المدينة والمنطقة الزمنية وطريقة الحساب والمذهب.
- Review city, time zone, calculation method and madhab.
- قارن بالتقويم الرسمي واستخدم التعديلات اليدوية عند الحاجة.
- Compare with the official calendar and apply manual adjustments when needed.
الإشعار لا يصلReminder does not arrive
- تأكد من منح إذن الإشعارات وعدم تقييد التطبيق بالبطارية.
- Ensure notification permission is granted and battery restrictions are disabled.
- أوقف التذكير وشغّله من جديد لتحديث الجدولة.
- Disable and re-enable the reminder to refresh its schedule.
